- Trials within Cohorts (TwiCs) At cohort inclusion, patients are asked informed consent for 1) use of routinely collected data including baseline demographics, disease and treatment characteristics, and clinical follow-up data, 2) prospective collection of patient-reported outcomes, and 3) randomization into future intervention studies where they will be offered the intervention when allocated to the intervention group, or serve as a control without notification.
