Design description
Trials within Cohorts (TwiCs) At cohort inclusion, patients are asked informed consent for 1) use of routinely collected data including baseline demographics, disease and treatment characteristics, and clinical follow-up data, 2) prospective collection of patient-reported outcomes, and 3) randomization into future intervention studies where they will be offered the intervention when allocated to the intervention group, or serve as a control without notification.
